Rookie Reps (operated by [Operator legal name / LLC name], Florida, "we," "us") sells beginner fitness programs, a membership, and Premium custom plans. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to rookiereps.com, our Payhip store, and any Rookie Reps product or communication. You must be 18 or older to use Rookie Reps.

The short version

We collect only what we need to deliver what you bought and to support you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Health information you share for a Premium plan is used only to build, review, and support your plan.
Payments are handled by Payhip, Stripe, and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing rookierepsfit@gmail.com.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us:

Purchase and account details: your name, email address, billing country or address, and order history, collected through our store provider (Payhip) when you buy, download a free product, or join the membership.
Premium application and check-ins: information you choose to share so we can build your plan, such as age, height, weight, goals, training experience, available equipment, schedule, food preferences, progress photos or measurements, and health information (injuries, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy status, and whether a doctor has cleared you to exercise).
Messages: anything you send us by email or social media direct message, including support and cancellation requests.

Information collected automatically:

Our website host and store provider may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time of your visit, for security and to keep the site running.
rookiereps.com does not currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first. Payhip, Stripe, and PayPal may use their own cookies when you visit their checkout pages, under their own policies.
Some links on our site (for example on our Gear page) may be affiliate links. If you click one, the retailer may use a cookie to credit us for the referral. We don't receive your personal information from that retailer.

Payment information: card and bank details are collected and processed directly by Payhip, Stripe, and PayPal. We receive only limited details, such as your name, email, the product bought, the amount, and the date.

2. How we use your information

To deliver your purchases, run your membership, and process renewals and cancellations.
To create, review, and update Premium custom plans and track your progress.
To answer your questions and provide support.
To send you transactional emails about your order, membership billing, and important changes to our Terms or this policy.
To send you tips, new content, and offers, but only if you've opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to opt out.
To keep records of purchases and agreement to our Terms and waiver, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. Health information and AI-assisted plans

Health and fitness information you submit for a Premium plan is sensitive, and we treat it that way. We use it only to draft, review, deliver, and adjust your plan, and to keep you safe (for example, to avoid exercises that conflict with an injury you've told us about). Plans are drafted with AI software, and your information may be processed by our AI software providers solely to generate your plan. The head coach then reviews and approves every plan before you receive it. We do not use your health information for advertising, and we do not sell it. Please share only what's needed for your plan, and never send us information you aren't comfortable sharing.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run Rookie Reps, and only as much as they need to do their job:

Store and payments: Payhip, Stripe, and PayPal.
Email: Google (Gmail) for support and customer email, and any email-marketing service we use for opted-in subscribers.
AI and plan tools: the AI software providers used to draft Premium plans.
Website hosting and file storage: the companies that host rookiereps.com and store program files.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our members or others, or as part of a business transfer (for example, moving Rookie Reps into an LLC we own, or a sale of the business), in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Order, billing, and Terms-acceptance records: as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, generally up to 7 years.
Premium plan and health information: while your membership is active and for up to 12 months after it ends, so you can come back without starting over, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Marketing email list: until you unsubscribe.
Support emails: up to 3 years.

6. Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy;
correct information that's wrong;
delete your information (we may keep what the law requires us to keep, such as purchase records);
stop sending you marketing emails.

Email rookierepsfit@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request" from the email address you used with us. We'll respond within 30 days and won't treat you differently for making a request. Residents of some states may have additional rights under their state's laws, and we'll honor those where they apply.

7. Security

We use reputable providers, strong passwords, and two-step verification on our accounts, and we limit access to member information to the people who need it to run Rookie Reps. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't email sensitive information you don't need to share. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you as required by law, including Florida's data-breach law.

8. Adults only

Rookie Reps is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Rookie Reps grows. We'll change the "Last updated" date above, and for meaningful changes we'll email members or post a notice on the site before they take effect.
