Rookie Reps provides general fitness education only. It is not medical, nutritional, or professional health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor before beginning any workout or diet.

Macro tracker

Calorie and macro numbers are general estimates, not a medical or dietitian's prescription. Consult your doctor or a registered dietitian before changing your diet, especially if you have diabetes, kidney disease, an eating disorder, or are pregnant or nursing.

Results vary

Results vary and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on your starting point, consistency, diet, sleep, genetics, and health. Any transformations or testimonials shown are individual experiences.

How Premium plans are made

Rookie Reps uses AI tools to draft custom workout and nutrition plans from the info you provide. The head coach reviews and approves every plan before you receive it. Plans are general fitness guidance, not medical, dietetic, or physical-therapy services, and are only as accurate as the information you give us. It is not a medical evaluation, so show your plan to your doctor before starting.

No personal training

Rookie Reps offers digital programs only. We do not provide 1:1 personal training, live sessions, physical therapy, medical care, or licensed dietitian services, and no trainer-client or provider-patient relationship is created.

Age

You must be 18 or older to buy or use Rookie Reps products.

Membership auto-renewal

The membership is $29.00 per month (plus any tax), charged when you join and automatically every month on the same date until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your Payhip account or by emailing rookierepsfit@gmail.com with "Cancel" in the subject line. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.

Refunds

Digital products ($27 challenge, $97 program): because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final, except where required by law. Problem with your file? Email rookierepsfit@gmail.com and we'll fix it.

Membership: cancel anytime to stop future charges. Past charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or where we billed you in error.

Release of liability

By purchasing, you agree to our Terms of Service, Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk, which include giving up your right to sue Rookie Reps and its owner for injuries or losses, including those caused by ordinary negligence, and resolving disputes by individual arbitration.
